Marco Braun, Founder and Managing Partner of INNOSWAN, has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.

He started his career at Dresdner Bank in Frankfurt as advisor for high net worth individuals followed by a senior sales role for Treasury/Securities solutions for institutional clients. From 2002 to 2005 Marco was with Morgan Stanley Bank International Limited where he successfully headed a team advising European family offices, foundations and UHNWI’s on global asset allocation and investment management services. In 2006 Marco joined EII Capital Management, Inc., New York – an independent, multi–award winning (e.g. Lipper Fund Awards) investment management firm specialized in global real estate securities and U.S. direct real estate investments – as Vice President Sales and Marketing Europe. In 2007 he set up the firm’s European Sales and Marketing entity, EII Capital Management AG, and served as Managing Director until January 2017.

In 1999 Marco received his economic degree from Bankakademie. In the years after he held a teaching position at Frankfurt School of Finance (formerly Bankakademie) and served as independent advisor in several investment committees. Furthermore, he is a hedge fund advisor of the European Business School and the Bundesverband Alternativer Investments. In 2016 Marco participated in the EMPIRE program – the Executive Management Program in International Real Estate of IREBS International Real Estate Business School, SDA Bocconi School of Management and ESSEC Business School.

Stephanie Mörtl, Managing Director of INNOSWAN, has over 20 years of experience in the financial service industry.

Born in Munich, she started her career at HypoVereinsbank. After completion of her education as a banker she worked as an Advisor to Private Clients. From 2002 to 2005 she was a Financial Advisor for Deutsche Bank Private Clients AG. In 2005 she joined Marco Braun’s team at Morgan Stanley Bank International Limited. Again as part of Marco’s team she started working for EII Capital Management, Inc. (New York) – an independent, multi–award winning (e.g. Lipper Fund Awards) investment management firm specialized in global real estate securities and U.S. direct real estate investments – in 2006 as Associate, being responsible for European Sales & Marketing and Client Service. She was promoted to Vice President Sales & Marketing in 2015.

Stephanie is Certified Real Estate Analyst (CREA) of the IREBS/DVFA.

Lars Bollhorst acts as COO to INNOSWAN. He has gained over 20 years of asset & wealth management expertise in multiple senior management functions at leading international banks (e.g., Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, UBS) in Germany and in the UK.

Lars has vast experience in the implementation of major international programs and strategies. Since 2016, Lars is an independent senior advisor in the financial services sector and consults banks, asset manager, family offices and fintechs on operating models and market entry strategies. Prior to that, Lars was servicing ultra-high-net-worth clients at UBS Germany across all asset classes. Before that, he worked for 10 years at Morgan Stanley in various management positions, amongst others he was in charge of the Wealth Management business in Germany and acted as operating manager for the EMEA investment group in the UK. He started his career at Goldman Sachs, where he was working in diverse positions in equities and wealth management operations.

Lars is a trained banking professional and has studied economics in Germany and in the UK. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Münster, a B.A. (HONS) in European Finance & Accounting from Leeds Metropolitan University (UK) and a diploma in business studies from Bremen University of Applied Science. Lars serves as executive member of the management board of the Private Wealth Management Alumni association.

Christine Grill, Team Assistant at INNOSWAN, has extensive experience providing administration support and managing busy offices.
